Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya asupan gizi yang cukup bagi pertumbuhan anak.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam penyuluhan yang dilakukan, mahasiswa memperkenalkan produk olahan dari ikan lele dan daun kelor, dua bahan yang mudah didapat dan kaya akan nutrisi. Ikan lele dikenal memiliki kandungan protein yang tinggi, sementara daun kelor kaya akan vitamin, mineral, dan asam amino esensial yang dibutuhkan tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Produk Bola &#8211; bola Lele dan daun kelor ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif sumber protein dan nutrisi bagi masyarakat Desa Gantiwarno, khususnya untuk anak-anak yang rentan terhadap stunting. Melalui program ini, mahasiswa KKN MAs 139 tidak hanya memberikan solusi nyata bagi permasalahan stunting, tetapi juga mengajak masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan potensi lokal yang ada di sekitar mereka.<\/p>\n<p>Program penyuluhan ini mendapat respon positif dari masyarakat, yang antusias mempelajari cara mengolah ikan lele dan daun kelor menjadi makanan yang lezat dan bergizi.
