Inisiatif ini merupakan bagian dari upaya berkelanjutan Perpustakaan UMS untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan memperkuat komunikasi dengan pemustaka.<\/p>\n<p>Kepala Perpustakaan dan Pusat Layanan Digital UMS, Maria Husnun Nisa, S.Sos., M.A., menyatakan, \u2018Layanan Call Center dan Keluhan\u2019 ini dirancang untuk memberikan solusi cepat dan tepat bagi setiap permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa, dosen, dan seluruh civitas akademika UMS terkait layanan di Perpustakaan UMS.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18834\" src=\"https:\/\/news.ums.ac.id\/id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-08-31-at-10.32.57.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1434\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pengguna dapat menghubungi Call Center melalui nomor telepon khusus yang tersedia selama jam kerja. Selain itu, tersedia pula layanan keluhan melalui nomor telepon khusus, whatsapp gateway dan platform digital lainnya yang dapat diakses 24\/7.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Layanan Call Center dan Keluhan ini merupakan komitmen kami untuk terus berinovasi dan memberikan layanan terbaik kepada seluruh pengguna kami. Perpustakaan Serahkan \u2018UMS Library Corner\u2019 ke SMA Muhammadiyah PK Kottabarat Surakarta<\/a><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Layanan Call Center dan Keluhan ini akan mencakup berbagai aspek, lanjutnya, seperti bantuan teknis terkait akses digital, peminjaman dan pengembalian buku, informasi tentang layanan baru, serta menangani saran dan kritik untuk peningkatan layanan di masa mendatang.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDengan adanya layanan ini, diharapkan hubungan antara perpustakaan dengan pemustaka semakin erat dan kualitas layanan semakin optimal.
