ums.ac.id, SEMARANG<\/strong> \u2013 Dekan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (FK UMS), Dr. dr. Flora Ramona Sigit Prakoeswa, M.Kes, Sp.D.V.E., Dipl.STD-HIV\/AIDS, FINSDV, FAADV., menerima penghargaan bergengsi sebagai Academic Leader dari Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (LLDIKTI) Wilayah VI Jawa Tengah sebagai Dosen dengan Academic Leader LLDIKTI Wilayah VI Jawa Tengah Kategori Dosen Bidang Kesehatan.<\/p>\n

Dekan FK UMS itu mengungkapkan bahwa penghargaan ini menjadi salah satu pencapaian penting yang menunjukkan dedikasi dan kerja keras tim FK UMS dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan kepemimpinan akademik.<\/p>\n

Flora mengungkapkan rasa bahagianya atas penghargaan tersebut.<\/p>\n

\u201cPerasaannya tentu bahagia dan bersemangat. Penghargaan ini menjadi motivasi besar bagi kami di FK UMS dan civitas akademika UMS secara keseluruhan. Saya percaya ke depan, UMS akan melahirkan lebih banyak lagi academic leader di berbagai bidang,\u201d ujarnya, Kamis (12\/12).<\/p>\n

Dia juga memberikan pesan inspiratif kepada rekan-rekannya.<\/p>\n

\u201cJangan pernah takut untuk mencoba. Kalau gagal, itu tidak masalah. Mimpi memang harus besar. Kalau mimpi tidak membuat kita deg-degan, insecure, atau overthinking, berarti mimpi itu belum tinggi. Mimpi yang besar akan mendorong kita untuk terus berpikir strategi dan taktik ke depan,\u201d ucapnya dengan penuh semangat.<\/p>\n

Dekan FK UMS menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan ini bukan hasil kerja individu semata, melainkan kerja kolektif seluruh tim di FK UMS.<\/p>\n

\u201cKeberhasilan ini adalah hasil dari sistem yang suportif, baik di tingkat prodi S1, prodi profesi, maupun prodi MARS. Semua ini tidak akan tercapai tanpa support system yang luar biasa dari FK UMS dan UMS secara keseluruhan,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n

Flora juga menyampaikan rasa terima kasih kepada keluarga yang selalu mendukung langkahnya.<\/p>\n

\u201cLast but not least, keberhasilan ini juga berkat dukungan keluarga saya tercinta, kakak saya Rosita, suami, anak-anak, dan ibu saya yang selalu menjadi penyemangat,\u201d tambahnya dengan penuh haru.<\/p>\n

Dekan FK UMS optimistis bahwa penghargaan ini akan menjadi titik awal untuk meraih lebih banyak prestasi di masa depan.<\/p>\n

\u201cSaya yakin ke depan akan semakin banyak prestasi yang diukir oleh UMS, baik dalam kategori academic leader maupun kategori lainnya. Kami akan terus bekerja keras dan berinovasi demi menjadikan UMS sebagai kampus yang unggul di tingkat nasional dan internasional,\u201d pungkasnya. (Fika\/Humas)<\/p>\n
