Dalam acara tersebut, rombongan diajak menjajal beragam makanan tradisional khas Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Program ini diikuti oleh empat warga negara Australia yang sebelumnya telah menjalani pelatihan bahasa Indonesia intensif selama empat hari di LBIPU UMS. Tidak hanya belajar bahasa, para peserta juga diberi pengalaman langsung untuk memahami budaya Indonesia melalui kuliner nusantara yang beragam.<\/p>\n<p>Perjalanan dimulai dengan kunjungan ke kediaman Wakil Rektor 1 UMS Bidang Akademik, Riset, dan Inovasi Prof. Dr. Harun Joko Prayitno, S.E., M.Hum. Di sana, para peserta disuguhi beragam jajan pasar seperti putu, serabi Solo, onde-onde, ketan, singkong rebus, hingga kacang godhok.<\/p>\n<p>Hector Warren Fraser (26), salah satu peserta, mengungkapkan kekagumannya usai mencicipi putu dan onde-onde untuk pertama kalinya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRasanya unik. Manis dan gurih jadi perpaduan yang cocok. Saya sangat menikmatinya,\u201d ujarnya. Hector juga merasa terkesan dengan keberagaman rasa yang ditawarkan oleh jajanan pasar Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Kehangatan semakin terasa saat para peserta dan tuan rumah saling berbagi cerita. Momen tersebut menjadi ajang berharga untuk bertukar pengalaman dan mempererat pemahaman budaya.<\/p>\n<p>Setelah menikmati jamuan tradisional, rombongan melanjutkan perjalanan ke Dapur Solo, salah satu restoran yang dikenal dengan sajian autentik masakan Jawa. Humas UMS\/Luqman Hakim<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Lucia Bates (18), peserta termuda dalam Indo-Austay Adult Immersion Program, mengaku sangat menikmati pengalaman kuliner di Dapur Solo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIni pertama kalinya saya mencoba tengkleng. Rasanya sedikit pedas, tetapi sangat lezat dan membuat saya ingin mencobanya lagi,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan mengenalkan kuliner nusantara sebagai jembatan budaya, LBIPU UMS seolah membuka cakrawala baru bagi para peserta untuk meresapi keanekaragaman rasa dan kehangatan yang menyatu dalam setiap sajian Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ini akan menjadi salah satu kenangan terindah bagi saya, dan saya pasti akan menjelajahi lebih banyak lagi kuliner Indonesia yang belum sempat saya coba,&#8221; tutup Lucia antusias di akhir acara.
