Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di Ruang Seminar Lantai 7 Gedung Induk Siti Walidah ini, mengusung tema Penguatan Peran Sinergis Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan dalam Mewujudkan Sekolah Sehat, Aman, Nyaman, Unggul, dan Humanis, Senin (22\/12).<\/p>\n<p>Workshop ini merupakan program tindak lanjut dari kajian kebutuhan penguatan SDI Sekolah Muhammadiyah yang sebelumnya dilakukan oleh Hari Prasetyo, ST., MT., Ph.D., selaku Ketua MPKSDI PCM Colomadu. Temuan riset tahap awal menyoroti perlunya penguatan manajemen kesehatan sekolah, serta peningkatan mutu tata kelola sekolah secara terpadu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSekolah tidak hanya membutuhkan penguatan akademik, tetapi juga dukungan kesehatan mental, keselamatan kerja, dan budaya kolaboratif. Sudinadji, S.Psi., M.Psi., menjelaskan pengabdian ini melibatkan kolaborasi lintas fakultas UMS, yaitu Fakultas Psikologi, Teknik, Farmasi, Agama Islam, serta Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan yang tergabung dalam PKM melalui Hibah P2AD DRPPS UMS.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWorkshop ini bertujuan memperkuat kapasitas SDI sekolah sebagai kader Muhammadiyah dalam menghadapi tantangan kesehatan mental, keselamatan kerja, kualitas layanan pendidikan, dan budaya sekolah berorientasi kesejahteraan,\u201dungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan ini dibina oleh tokoh-tokoh kunci Muhammadiyah, yakni Drs. H. Romdhoni, M.Hum., Seno Aryanto, S.E., dan Dr. M. Noor Kholid, M.Pd., yang secara konsisten mendorong penguatan kualitas sekolah Muhammadiyah berbasis kebutuhan nyata di lapangan. Ketiganya menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi dan AUM pendidikan dalam menjawab tantangan nyata sekolah.<\/p>\n<p>Sudinadji, menegaskan bahwa tingginya partisipasi lintas sekolah menjadi indikator kuat relevansi program. \u201cData kehadiran menunjukkan bahwa sekolah benar-benar membutuhkan penguatan kapasitas SDI, tidak hanya secara akademik tetapi juga psikologis, keselamatan kerja, dan budaya sekolah yang humanis,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-33533 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/news.ums.ac.id\/id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/UMS-Gelar-Workshop-Penguatan-SDI-untuk-Mewujudkan-Sekolah-Muhammadiyah-Sehat-dan-Humanis-1.jpg\" alt=\"UMS Gelar Workshop Penguatan SDI untuk Mewujudkan Sekolah Muhammadiyah Sehat dan Humanis\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, pada kesempatan ini materi yang disampaikan meliputi penguatan school wellbeing, manajemen keselamatan dan infrastruktur sekolah (K3), manajemen P3K dan risiko kesehatan siswa, peningkatan mutu pengelolaan sekolah, hingga penyusunan rencana tindak lanjut (RTL).<\/p>\n<p>Melalui kegiatan ini, lanjutnya, UMS kembali menegaskan komitmennya sebagai mitra AUM dalam menghadirkan sekolah Muhammadiyah yang tidak hanya unggul secara akademik, tetapi juga sehat secara psikologis, aman secara fisik, dan humanis dalam praktik pendidikan sehari-hari.
