Dari sini kami memperoleh gambaran nyata tentang capaian yang sudah baik sekaligus aspek yang perlu diperkuat.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam forum diskusi, para peserta FGD memberikan apresiasi terhadap kualitas lulusan Pendidikan Biologi UMS yang dinilai adaptif, berkarakter, dan memiliki dasar keilmuan yang kuat. Selain itu, mereka juga menyampaikan sejumlah saran, diataranya penguatan pembelajaran berbasis riset dan proyek, peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik digital, serta penajaman profil lulusan.<\/p>\n<p>Salah satu pengguna lulusan yang menjabat sebagai Kepala Sekolah SMP Negeri di Gantiwarno menyebut bahwa alumni Pendidikan Biologi UMS dinilai memiliki karakter kuat dan kemauan belajar yang tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKarakter alumni Pendidikan Biologi UMS sangat bagus, profesional, dan pedagogiknya baik. Mereka juga memiliki kemauan untuk terus belajar dan mengembangkan diri,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Melalui kegiatan ini, Pendidikan Biologi UMS berupaya dalam membangun kurikulum yang dinamis, inklusif, dan responsif terhadap perubahan.
