Hal itu disampaikan oleh Dr. Apt. Salmah Orbayinah, M.Kes., dalam tausiyahnya pada Halal Bihalal yang digelar di Gedung Ahmad Syafii Maarif Lantai 8 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, Sabtu (28\/3).<\/p>\n<p>Dalam tausiyahnya, ia mengingatkan bahwa keberhasilan ibadah tidak diukur dari kuantitas semata, seperti banyaknya bacaan Al-Qur\u2019an atau sedekah, melainkan dari penerimaan amal oleh Allah SWT.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>BACA JUGA: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/news.ums.ac.id\/id\/04\/2025\/puasa-syawal-dan-tuntunan-melaksanakannya\/\">Puasa Syawal dan Tuntunan Melaksanakannya<\/a><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cYang perlu kita renungkan adalah, apakah ibadah yang kita lakukan itu benar-benar diterima oleh Allah,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-36009\" src=\"https:\/\/news.ums.ac.id\/id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/03\/news.ums_.ac_.id-Hikmah-Puasa_-Sehatkan-Tubuh-dan-Kuatkan-Spiritual-Sepanjang-Tahun-2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ia menekankan dimensi kesehatan dari berpuasa. Secara ilmiah, puasa memberi kesempatan bagi sistem pencernaan untuk beristirahat dan memicu metabolic switch, yakni peralihan sumber energi dari karbohidrat ke lemak.<\/p>\n<p>Proses ini membantu mengontrol kadar gula darah, kolesterol, serta menjaga keseimbangan energi dalam tubuh. Namun, manfaat puasa bisa berkurang bila berbuka tidak tepat, misalnya dengan mengonsumsi makanan berlemak berlebihan.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>BACA JUGA: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/news.ums.ac.id\/id\/04\/2025\/puasa-qadha-atau-puasa-syawal-mana-yang-harus-didahulukan\/\">Puasa Qadha atau Puasa Syawal, Mana yang Harus Didahulukan?<\/a><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Selain fisik, puasa juga mendidik jiwa dan membentuk karakter. Nilai-nilai seperti disiplin, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan kepedulian sosial harus diterapkan tidak hanya selama Ramadan, tetapi sepanjang tahun.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPuasa mengajarkan kita untuk berbagi, peduli, dan menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik,\u201d tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam tausiyahnya, ia juga menyinggung janji Allah bagi orang yang bertakwa, antara lain kemudahan dalam urusan, rezeki yang tidak disangka, kemampuan membedakan hak dan batil (furqan), serta perlindungan dari berbagai kesulitan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOrang yang bertakwa akan mendapatkan lima kebaikan di dunia, dan tiga kebaikan di akhirat, termasuk ampunan dosa dan surga,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menekankan, pendidikan tinggi seharusnya tidak hanya menekankan kecerdasan intelektual, tetapi juga membentuk karakter mulia dan empati sosial. Hal ini menjadi fondasi penting dalam mencetak pemimpin yang bertanggung jawab dan berintegritas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIni mengingatkan kita bahwa puasa adalah hadiah Allah untuk tubuh, jiwa, dan akhlak. Mari kita lanjutkan nilai-nilainya di luar Ramadan, dalam kehidupan sehari-hari,\u201d pungkasnya.
