{"id":39234,"date":"2026-07-14T15:10:08","date_gmt":"2026-07-14T08:10:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/news.ums.ac.id\/id\/?p=39234"},"modified":"2026-07-14T15:10:08","modified_gmt":"2026-07-14T08:10:08","slug":"ppk-ormawa-imm-fik-ums-kembangkan-inovasi-olahan-alpukat-untuk-pemberdayaan-masyarakat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/news.ums.ac.id\/id\/berita\/ppk-ormawa-imm-fik-ums-kembangkan-inovasi-olahan-alpukat-untuk-pemberdayaan-masyarakat\/","title":{"rendered":"PPK Ormawa IMM FIK UMS Kembangkan Inovasi Olahan Alpukat untuk Pemberdayaan Masyarakat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>ums.ac.id, SURAKARTA<\/strong> &#8211; Tim Program Penguatan Kapasitas Organisasi Kemahasiswaan (PPK Ormawa) Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah (IMM) Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan (FIK) <a href=\"http:\/\/ums.ac.id\">Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta<\/a> (UMS) melatih masyarakat Desa Musuk, Boyolali, mengolah buah dan daun alpukat menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi berupa selai buah alpukat dan teh daun alpukat, Sabtu (11\/7\/2026), di Balai Desa Musuk.<\/p>\n<p>Ketua PPK Ormawa IMM FIK UMS, Fidelina Tri Adelin mengungkapkan bahwa program ini menyasar para ibu rumah tangga sebagai bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis potensi lokal. \u201cMelalui pelatihan tersebut, tim PPK Ormawa ingin meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah komoditas alpukat yang selama ini sebagian besar hanya dipasarkan dalam bentuk buah segar,\u201d ungkapnya, Selasa, (14\/7\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Tim PPK Ormawa memperkenalkan inovasi pengolahan buah dan daun alpukat menjadi produk pangan yang memiliki nilai tambah sekaligus peluang usaha. Selain memanfaatkan buah, pelatihan ini juga mengoptimalkan daun alpukat yang selama ini belum banyak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-39235\" src=\"https:\/\/news.ums.ac.id\/id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/07\/PPK-Ormawa-IMM-FIK-UMS-Kembangkan-Inovasi-Olahan-Alpukat-untuk-Pemberdayaan-Masyarakat-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pada sesi awal, mahasiswa memberikan materi mengenai karakteristik bahan baku, fungsi setiap bahan dalam proses pembuatan selai dan teh daun alpukat, serta pentingnya menjaga sanitasi dan higiene selama produksi pangan. Peserta juga memperoleh pemahaman mengenai pemilihan bahan berkualitas agar menghasilkan produk yang aman dan memiliki cita rasa yang baik.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya, tim PPK Ormawa mendemonstrasikan setiap tahapan pembuatan selai buah alpukat dan teh daun alpukat, mulai dari persiapan bahan, proses pengolahan, hingga teknik pengemasan sederhana.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDemonstrasi berlangsung interaktif sehingga peserta dapat mengikuti setiap proses dengan mudah dan memahami teknik pengolahan yang tepat. Setelah demonstrasi, peserta mempraktikkan langsung pembuatan kedua produk tersebut secara berkelompok,\u201d paparnya.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-39237\" src=\"https:\/\/news.ums.ac.id\/id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/07\/PPK-Ormawa-IMM-FIK-UMS-Kembangkan-Inovasi-Olahan-Alpukat-untuk-Pemberdayaan-Masyarakat.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tim PPK Ormawa didampingi oleh Aktif Cahyaningtyas, S.Km., M.Km. Seluruhnya mendampingi proses pembuatan untuk memastikan peserta mampu mengolah bahan sesuai prosedur serta dapat mengaplikasikan keterampilan tersebut secara mandiri setelah pelatihan selesai.<\/p>\n<p>Ia berharap pelatihan ini mampu membuka wawasan masyarakat bahwa komoditas lokal dapat diolah menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai ekonomi lebih tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Melalui pelatihan ini, kami ingin mendorong masyarakat agar tidak hanya menjual alpukat dalam bentuk segar, tetapi juga mampu mengembangkan produk olahan yang bernilai tambah. Harapannya, keterampilan ini dapat menjadi peluang usaha baru sekaligus meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat,&#8221; pungkasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Pelatihan ditutup dengan penilaian organoleptik terhadap hasil olahan setiap kelompok, penyerahan produk kepada peserta, serta sesi foto bersama.
